Well! This is a good way to look at things don't you think?! It's probably not our 'go-to' response when someone insults or betrays us, yet just think a little. Once we have managed to stop the metaphorical bleeding of our injury it is as clear as day that we have learnt great things from our experience.
ALL of our experiences are important in teaching us how we will live our lives going forwards. The good, the bad and the downright ugly have ALL played their part in shaping us into who we are today. EVERY day is a day to GROW and to LEARN and to become a better version of who we were yesterday.
Today I am GRATEFUL for ALL my experiences!
