Face Your Fears

So true! I realise that what I've been doing across the past 30 years or so is EXACTLY this. I've been consciously identifying the things I'm afraid of and then facing them down until they're no longer scary to me. There aren't words to describe the AMAZING FREEDOMS gained from taking-on your own weaknesses. Of course some things take longer than others.....like 23 YEARS to get past my fear of dogs! I PROMISE you, it's SO worth it. Once again, it's baby-steps that will get you there! What action can you take today to discover YOUR inner strengths?
